I keep getting asked what my diet consists of...

Yesterday's conversation about fatties really struck a nerve. BUT, I got a few interesting calls off the air about losing weight and a few calls asking me how i did it, with one ending with a stern lecture about safety.

So is how I did it safe?

Probably not, but here is how I did it:

  • Almost completely cut out sodas, fast food, snacks an I am exercising about an hour and a half everyday including 40 minutes of cardio.
  • The first month: Subway diet, strictly 2 foot long subs, Ham/Turkey/Light Mayo/Lettuce/American Cheese/toasted wheat bread - Cost $12 a day.
  • Second and 3rd Month: substituted the Subway diet for the home made diet 3 Ham/Turkey/Light Mayo/Lettuce/American Cheese/toasted tortilla shell - $8 a day.
  • Now: Meal Replacement - basically I am drinking Carnation Instant breakfast for breakfast and dinner as well as lunch somedays, but other days I eat whatever I want - Cost $4 a day.

WOOT. Way to go. Fellow Huntsvillian here, also exercising and eating right for my wedding in November.
