Dale Jackson vs. Left in Alabama: Setting the Record Straight...

I almost swore off of blogs completely after a rather ridiculous experience at a local blog called Left in Alabama. (keep that blog in mind, I will probably mention it here quite often) They were having a riveting conversation about how the recent Supreme Court ruling striking down overreaching gun restrictions in DC would lead to the deaths of more black people going as far as calling it "genocide" and pointed to graphs with future stats about murder. Now my mistake was questioning that wording and the ridiculousness of stats "from the future."

If they expect the death rate to go up... (0.00 / 0) then step in and stop it. Are they animals that can't be reasoned with? Did guns flood the street this week? So black people with guns = murder? This is where the black community is? If so, that is pretty sad, where is Bill Cosby today? Are you arguing points I never made? The genocide comment was posted in the original post about it being a black genocide.

The funny thing is that post, in it's complete form here,
turned into this nugget of wisdom...

Are they animals that can't be reasoned with? --Dale Jackson on black people,

Now, maybe I am an idiot for using my name to post things but I don't like annonymous bomb throwing, you might as well sign your name to it. This is one of the reasons I started this blog, so I don't get taken out of context, people believing that I called black people "animals" could be a pretty damaging charge. I still haven't recieved an answer as to how anyone can take that quote out of what I said, I tried, but like I said after that I pretty much gave up. How do you have a discussion with people that are incapable of having a rational conversation, not that I am always rational, but let's be honest - Was my comment racist or am I trying to talk to people that had no interst in having a conversation?

First commenter. Boo ya.

If I lived in Alabama, I would most certainly listen to your radio station, assuming I could afford a radio while living in Alabama.
